We are looking for a Beauty Coach (10 hrs/wk) based in Boots Douglas IOM.
About the Role
Deliver exceptional customer service, developing skincare conversations with customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times.
- Promote the unique brand differentiation and the link with ingredient stories, product benefits and usage.
- Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story while engaging with customers.
- Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand.
- Overcome selling challenges with confidence.
About You
- Passionate about skincare and beauty.
- Confident and articulate communicator.
- Pro‑active and enjoys exploring new sales opportunities.
- Customer‑focused and results‑oriented.
Requirements
- Experience in a hands‑on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
