Leader Education is looking for Behaviour Support Assistants in Manchester to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will help implement strategies and provide 1:1 mentoring for students who require additional guidance, creating a structured and calm learning environment.
Successful candidates will have experience working with young people facing behavioural challenges, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding children’s welfare. Relevant training and ongoing support are provided.
