Overview

New opportunity for an experienced Portfolio Manager to be part of this professional property organisation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will bring exceptional customer care to the role, offering all landlords and tenants a single point of contact service while managing a dedicated portfolio of properties on a day‑to‑day basis. The role includes handling client relationships, resolving conflicts, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with PRS and PRT legislation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Full, clean driving licence
• ARLA or similar qualified (or working towards qualifications)
• At least two years of traditional Property Management experience
• Strong customer care and service orientation
• Strong IT skill‑set, proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Positive work ethic, friendly and approachable, team player
• Experience managing a residential property portfolio under a portfolio management structure (desirable)
• Knowledge of the PRS and PRT legislation and the Edinburgh letting market (desirable)
• Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and client relationship management (desirable)
• Business acumen, accountability, target driven, multitasking, effective under pressure, collaborative communication (desirable)
