Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive in-season trade across brand portfolio, in collaboration with the Sales Team, by analysing sell-through data and liaising between retailers and brands to chase demand.
  • Gathering data lead insights from reporting to inform seasonal planning and feedback across key product attributes, tailored to each brand.
  • Deliver comprehensive end-of-season commentary to summarise market performance, offering actionable insights to support product development.
  • Build tailored reporting and performance tracking tools to support commercial decisions and sales conversations.
  • Become an expert across brand portfolio in terms of ranges, pricing structure, categories and be aware of the competitive market.
  • Collaborate with each brand to define competitive target RRPs that align with market expectations and sales performance.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, PR, and Design teams to ensure alignment and execution of internal & external initiatives.
  • Support the Collections Manager with range planning and provide insightful product feedback to shape future assortments.

This candidate will have the following experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience in merchandising within the fashion industry- working in-house, at an agency, or retailer.
  • Preferred experience within luxury fashion.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Hyper awareness of the luxury fashion market, brands, trends, and global affairs.
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to manage and organise workload within a fast-paced environment.

This will be office-based 4 days a week with 1 day WFH.
