Aerodrome Primary Academy is seeking a dynamic, inspirational senior leader to drive our school forward and make a real difference to the lives of our children.
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in educational leadership, experience leading highly effective teams, and a passion for delivering an exceptional educational offer for every child.

As our next Headteacher, you will:
- Lead and inspire staff, governors and pupils
- Champion inclusion (IQM Flagship status)
- Drive high standards of teaching, learning and curriculum
- Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
- Support wellbeing and mental health across the school
