The Role
As an Interim Senior Leader, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, working closely with the Headteacher and wider leadership team to secure outstanding outcomes for students.

We are looking for an experienced senior leader who:
- Has a proven track record of successful leadership in a secondary school setting
- Is passionate about improving life chances for young people
- Has expertise in inclusion, SEND, behaviour, attendance or pastoral leadership
- Demonstrates strong strategic thinking alongside excellent operational delivery
- Builds positive relationships with students, families and colleagues
- Shares our commitment to excellence, equity and continuous improvement
