Band 2 Receptionist – Zinnia Centre

Permanent, Full time – 37.5hrs per week with a set shift pattern of Monday to Friday 12midday to 8pm.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate delivering a high standard of front‑line customer service, working autonomously, providing high quality service and showing effective organisational skills while processing enquiries in a confidential and timely manner.
The role involves being the first point of contact for face‑to‑face visitors to the Zinnia Centre, handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately, and maintaining confidentiality.
