Full-time & Part‑time roles available. We are looking for passionate, hardworking, and Italy‑loving Back‑of‑House Team Members to help create exceptional dining experiences at our new Queensway fresh pasta restaurant. You will be responsible for preparing, plating, and delivering high‑quality dishes while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Monday to Thursday: 11 am – 11:30 pmFriday: 11 am – 12 amSunday: 11 am – 10:30 pm
What you’ll do at Pasta Evangelists
- Prepare & plate fresh pasta dishes and other food items to high standards.
- Prepare orders for dine‑in and delivery swiftly and accurately.
- Follow recipes and techniques to ensure consistency.
- Help portion fresh ingredients, sauces, and pasta according to guidelines.
- Maintain health and safety standards, keeping the workplace clean and compliant.
- Stock and organise storage areas and fridges to support kitchen operations.
- Wash pots, pans, utensils and other equipment efficiently.
- Monitor ingredient supplies and notify the shift manager of shortages.
- Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and report any issues.
- Follow food hygiene and health and safety guidelines.
- Work quickly and efficiently to support service during busy periods.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions, sharing ideas and enthusiasm.
- Support colleagues during busy times and take on additional tasks as required.
Who you are
- Prior experience as a kitchen porter or back‑of‑house team member is a plus; passion for Italian cuisine matters most.
- Reliable, hardworking, and thrive in a busy, dynamic kitchen.
- Committed to food hygiene and health & safety practices.
- Capable of working under pressure and juggling multiple tasks calmly.
- Flexible and available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things properly.
- Team‑player who is always happy to help.
- Bonus point: experience in coffee, wine, or pasta is advantageous but zest for life is key.
