On behalf of our manufacturing client based in the Littleborough area, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Fibreglass Laminator / Production Operative to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Working Hours
- Monday Wednesday: 8:00am 4:30pm
- Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am 3:00pm
- Early finish every Friday
Pay & Benefits
- £14.00 £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Overtime available paid at time and a half

The Role
The successful candidate will be working within a busy manufacturing environment producing fibreglass components for the automotive industry.
Duties will include:
- Preparing materials including gel and resin
- Applying gel coats to moulds
- Laminating layers of fibreglass
- Working from moulds and production specifications
- Maintaining quality and safety standards on the shop floor
Essential Requirements
- Previous paid experience in fibreglass laminating is ESSENTIAL
- Experience gelling and preparing moulds in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production setting
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- A trade test will form part of the recruitment process
