Gardener / Grounds Maintenance

£24,000 to £28,800 per annum.

Location: Loughton, with duties across various areas within the Epping region.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

• Good standard of education (GCSE’s).
• Understanding of grounds maintenance machinery and equipment.
• Basic IT skills such as answering emails and using Android mobile phones.
• Experience with general grounds maintenance, including safe use and operation of pedestrian mowing equipment, strimmers, hedge cutters and hand tools.
• Some experience of soft landscaping skills such as planting.
• Maintenance and operation of a Ransomes Highway 3 or similar ride‑on mowing equipment.
• Ability to work in a timely manner under own initiative and to a good standard without supervision.
• Ability to operate within a small team and provide support to colleagues.
