As our Sushi Chef, you’ll deliver precise and refined sushi, using exceptional ingredients and traditional techniques. You’ll take pride in every cut, presentation, and flavour profile – creating standout dishes that honour Japanese culinary heritage.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with sushi in a professional kitchen
- Strong knife skills and expert understanding of rice, seafood, and preparation
- Organised, calm, and detail-oriented
- High personal standards of cleanliness and presentation

The on target earning potential for this role is £42,939 per annum – comprising a base salary of £32,409, plus a qualified estimate of £10,530 in gratuities and service charge.*
