Following a period of significant growth and multiple new brand acquisitions, HEA Distribution is expanding its UK sales team and is seeking an experienced and motivated Field Sales Representative to cover the North of England and Scotland.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking distributor representing some of the most respected brands in premium audio.

HEA Distribution is a leading UK distributor of premium audio brands – including Astell&Kern, Campfire Audio, Canor Audio, IsoTek, Kii Audio, Meze Audio and Triangle Hi-Fi – working closely with specialist retailers and installers to build long-term, meaningful partnerships. Our portfolio includes category-defining brands across hi-fi, headphones, power optimisation, and custom installation, supported by a full-spectrum approach to sales, marketing, training, and technical support.

The Role

As Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing HEA’s retail and installer relationships across your territory. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, supporting partners with product knowledge, demonstrations, training, and commercial insight—helping to drive sustainable growth for both HEA and its brand partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing specialist retailers and installers
  • Identify and onboard new partners within the territory
  • Represent HEA’s portfolio of premium audio brands in-store and at events
  • Deliver product training, demonstrations, and brand presentations
  • Support product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with HEA’s Commercial Director and internal teams to execute sales strategy
  • Provide market feedback and insight to help shape future growth

About You

  • Proven experience in field sales within the hi-fi, audio, AV, or related premium technology sector
  • Strong knowledge of the UK specialist retail landscape
  • Passion for high-performance audio and premium brands
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and comfortable working independently
  • Full UK driving licence
