We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support to join our team. This is a key role supporting the Sales Managers across our two Norwich sites on Cromer Road and Hall Road, helping to maintain a high performing used car department both on site and online. This role is based at Cromer Road for 3 days and Hall Road for 2 days each week.
The Sales Support will be responsible for ensuring the quality and speed of digital advertising, including creating accurate and engaging vehicle descriptions. You will manage the forecourt presentation, ensuring all vehicles are displayed to a high standard, and oversee stock photography and video content while keeping listings up to date with daily stock changes.
Working closely with the Sales Managers and workshop team, you will assist with vehicle preparation, including coordinating bodywork and valeting to ensure all vehicles meet our presentation standards.

Reporting to the Sales Managers, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment, ideally within automotive or retail
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft packages
- Full UK Driving LicenceA proactive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- A keen interest in the automotive industry and a desire to progress into sales
