Senior Accounts Assistant / Financial Administrator
What You’ll Do
- Purchase Ledger
- Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and on time
- Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile supplier statements and manage queries
- Execute payment runs and maintain supplier records
- Handle company credit card purchases and employee expenses
- Sales Ledger
- Raise timely and accurate invoices
- Maintain customer records and credit limits
- Allocate customer receipts and resolve posting discrepancies
- Support aged debt reporting and credit control
- Banking & Month-End
- Manage daily bank reconciliations
- Assist with cashflow reporting
- Support month-end processes and reconciliations
What We’re Looking For
- Proficient in Sage 50 or cloud-based software
- Experience in purchase & sales ledger, reconciliations, and payments
- Strong attention to detail and methodical working style
- Able to meet deadlines while managing routine tasks
- Approachable, professional, and solution-focused
- Self-motivated and a strong team player
