We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to play a key role in both the implementation and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce platform.
Working as part of the IT team, you’ll support the day-to-day administration, configuration and optimisation of Salesforce, ensuring users receive an excellent experience and the platform continues to meet evolving business needs. You’ll support user management, configuration changes, reporting, system maintenance and training while helping to improve data quality and deliver valuable business insights.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Salesforce administration experience who enjoys problem solving, supporting users and driving continuous system improvement within a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be DoingSalesforce Administration & ConfigurationManage all aspects of Salesforce user administration including user setup and deactivationConfigure access rights, permissions, profiles, sharing rules and public groupsDeliver Salesforce configuration changes including:FlowsAssignment rulesApproval processesFields and page layoutsRecord types and dynamic layoutsApps and actionsCustom settingsMobile administrationDashboards and reportsSupport ongoing platform enhancements and optimisation following implementation
User Support & Customer ExperienceProvide day-to-day support to Salesforce users across the businessCommunicate platform updates and system changes effectively to end usersDeliver proactive system maintenance activities including security reviews, release updates, health checks and optimiser reviewsSupport and deliver user training to ensure adoption and effective system usageBuild positive working relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Reporting, Data Quality & InsightsDesign and develop custom reports and dashboards to support business performance and decision-makingSupport data management activities to maintain Salesforce data quality and integrityRun checks, validations and automations to improve data accuracy and consistencyHelp identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance
About YouMinimum 2 years experience administering Salesforce platformMinimum of one year working within a technical support environmentSalesforce Administration CertificationStrong understanding of data management and data import/export processesFamiliarity with Salesforce and Marketing CloudExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAble to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and work at paceGood standard of education including Maths and English
