SEND/SEMH TA – Adaptive Provisions Lead (Autism)

Salford NHS Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking a passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant for Moorside Primary School in Swinton, England. This role focuses on supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The ideal candidate will facilitate tailored interventions, work closely with staff, and lead Adaptive Provisions for children with Autism or SEMH. Experience with EYFS/KS1 is essential, as is the ability to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
