The Role

This is a broad, hands-on management position with responsibility across customer service, order processing, warehousing, logistics, inventory management and operational projects.

  • Leading operational improvement initiatives and driving efficiency across the business.
  • Supporting the implementation and optimisation of ERP, CRM, e-commerce and warehouse management systems.
  • Mapping, documenting and standardising operational processes and SOPs.
  • Managing order fulfilment, logistics, inventory control and returns processes.
  • Developing and reporting on operational KPIs and service metrics.

  • Strong analytical and KPI-driven decision-making skills.

  • Highly visible role with genuine autonomy and responsibility.
  • Long-term career progression opportunities.
  • Collaborative and supportive leadership team.
