Responsibilities

• Be a passionate and dynamic leader, train and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining commercial and operational excellence.
• Have an eye for detail, ensuring everything looks as it should before service.
• Run all aspects of the kitchen, including rotas, stock control and ordering.
• Maintain a sharp understanding of kitchen health & safety, food safety and administrative tasks.
• Work closely with the venue management team to maximise service delivery opportunities and ensure the continued success of the cinema.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for hospitality and ensuring that the teams you lead share this.
• Lots of personality and not afraid to use it.
• A love for food, drink, customer service and, above all, people.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with business savvy and self‑drive.
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head or Sous Chef, preferably in a fast‑paced branded operation.
