The Role
Our clients are specialist FS/PS/Exec Search recruiters looking for competitive, driven graduates who want to build a high-performance career. You will start in the candidate space — sourcing, engaging and placing top talent — before transitioning into business development and client-facing work, typically within your first year.
Full training is provided. What you bring is the work ethic, the hunger, and the mindset.
