Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We have partnered with a leading Drinks business that is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Administrator to join their dynamic team.
On offer:
- Salary will be circa £30 000 + Bonus
- 25 leave days + 8 bank holidays
- Hybrid remote working (3 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Process a variety of orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support the sales and logistics teams in delivering a seamless customer experience
- Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems
- Proactively build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Keep informed on our wine portfolio to provide excellent product support
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a Customer Service or Admin role, ideally within the food, beverage, or wine industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation, multitasking, and time management abilities
- A team player mindset with a customer-first attitude
- Accuracy and a sharp eye for detail
