Duties of a Parts Advisor

• Managing parts sales for retail customers, trade clients, and workshop teams
• Assisting the service and workshop departments with parts requirements
• Handling parts stock management and processing orders accurately
• Delivering high-quality customer service face-to-face and over the phone as a Parts Advisor
• Conducting weekly parts runs; a valid driving licence is essential
• Maintaining precise records of parts stock levels and sales
• Supporting other dealership departments as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements of a Parts Advisor
