This is a permanent position. Reporting to the Senior Building Maintenance Officer, you will assist in property inspections, condition surveys, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys and prepare reports for strategic planning.
- Diagnose building issues and provide maintenance solutions.
- Assist in the design and specification of refurbishment projects.
- Manage contracts, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with stakeholders and statutory bodies.
Qualifications
We seek a professional with a construction-related qualification, AutoCAD knowledge, and experience in contract management, health & safety, and financial planning. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. A driving licence is required for site visits.

Location notes: join a multidisciplinary team under the leadership of the Building Maintenance Operations Manager and the Building Maintenance Programme Manager to deliver a range of construction, refurbishment, maintenance, and servicing contracts.
