Teaching and Learning Assistant (September 2026)

Salary: NJC Scale 4. Actual Pay: £27,761 – £28,980 per annum.

The Governors of H3 Federation are looking to appoint outstanding Teaching and Learning Assistants at Haverstock School. Candidates should demonstrate:

• Incredibly strong moral purpose evidenced through unquestionable ambition for every single student
• Clarity of expectation and instruction, setting high standards for themselves and others to ensure that excellent outcomes are achieved for all students, specifically those with SEND
• The ability to support students with barriers to learning to become successful independent learners.
• The ability to effectively manage key strands of the school development plan
• Genuine commitment to teamwork and collaboration as part of an ambitious and welcoming new federation of schools
