Childcare Assistants

Childcare Assistants are responsible for the day‑to‑day care of our youngest members. You will need to be a confident and enthusiastic influence, we are looking for role models to join us.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting children at all times.
• Ensuring the Club V environment is safe, attractive and welcoming.
• Having a friendly, calm and approachable nature, able to act quickly and effectively.
• Adhering to all company and government policies & procedures.
• Working in a team, driving inspiration and motivation for others.
• Having excellent communication skills and building relationships with parents and caretakers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in a child‑related field.
• Previous experience working with children (Health and Social Care does not cover the required qualification).
