An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a highly successful Chairman across multiple business interests within the industrial and automotive sectors.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and accomplished executive who operates at the top of his field. Currently based in Monaco and relocating back to London in July, he requires a polished, highly organised and proactive EA who can provide seamless support across a varied and fast‑paced remit.

The Role

This is a broad and hands‑on position requiring exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and discretion. Acting as a trusted partner, you will provide high‑level support across a range of executive, operational and administrative responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex diary and calendar management
  • International travel, accommodation and logistics coordination
  • Meeting scheduling and preparation
  • Board administration and governance support
  • Stakeholder management across internal and external contacts
  • Event coordination
  • Expenses management
  • Reporting and presentation preparation
  • Acting as a key point of contact on behalf of the Chairman

In addition, you will support with:

  • HR administration, including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Employee records management
  • IT coordination and liaison
  • Office and facilities management
  • Courier and post management
  • Ad hoc projects and business support

About You

You will be a highly capable Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior executives in demanding environments. You will be comfortable working autonomously, anticipating needs and delivering a first‑class level of support.

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives
  • Outstanding organisational, planning and time‑management skills
  • Strong Microsoft 365 and Teams proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Professional, discreet and adaptable
