Fabric Engineer – Reading
Carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance at the Reading site, requiring a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record of commercial building maintenance.
Competitive salary of £20 per hour, with a potential temporary‑to‑permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Basic plumbing
- Basic carpentry
- Lamp changing
- Take tap temperatures
- Flushing
- PPM’s
- Reactive maintenance
- Assist other engineers onsite as required
- Replacement of floor tiles (carpet or ceramic)
