Salary/Rate: £140–£230 per day depending on experience.

Overview

Exclusive Education is looking to appoint an Art Teacher for a secondary school in the North West. The successful candidate will start in September on a part‑time basis and take over a class, demonstrating outstanding teaching and applying strong behaviour management strategies while adhering to school policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging art lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
• Implement behaviour management strategies and school policies.
• Maintain knowledge of the full art curriculum.
• Support and develop student learning through creative instruction.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., BA Hons).
• Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
• Have previous experience of working with children.
• Show experience teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5.
• Experience delivering engaging art lessons.
• Provide two recent references covering the last 2 years.
• Hold a current DBS registered on the update service or be willing to apply.
