Personal Carer – Full-time (Drivers Only)

Role Overview

As a Personal Carer, no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting a range of individuals with different needs, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Companionship – spend quality time with clients, build trust, reduce loneliness, and become a friendly, familiar face.
• Personal Care – assist with washing, dressing, and personal hygiene, always promoting dignity and respect.
• Daily Living Support – prepare meals, prompt medication, and help with light household duties to keep homes safe and comfortable.
• Mobility Support – assist clients to move safely and confidently, encouraging independence wherever possible.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• A caring, positive, and dependable nature.
• Good communication skills and a desire to make a difference.
