Become a Morning Care Assistant and Make a Difference with Home Instead
Come and Join our Amazing Team of Care Professionals. Home Instead Romford is one of the UK’s leading home care providers and we have won many awards over the years. There are currently 60+ Home Instead offices out of 200 that have been awarded a CQC Outstanding, so we are leading the way!
You may ask why we are different?? Because we focus on building relationships, and we provide a minimum of one hour home visits or more, to mostly private clients, who receive visits from the same companions at the same time, on time, all the time.
Help Clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes! Responsibilities may include:
- Companionship and wellbeing support
- Helping with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework
- Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments
- Assisting with personal care
At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day
- £13.00 per hour + Double pay on Bank Holidays
- Our dedicated team will help you in a friendly and supportive way.
- Paid training
- £100 for every new Care Professional you recommend to Home Instead who starts working with us.

Requirements
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Agree to undertake a DBS (criminal record) check or hold a valid DBS (within the last 3 months or on the update system)
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
