We are recruiting for a Production Technician to join a growing manufacturing business in Hailsham.

This is a hands‑on Production Technician role working within a production and manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will support machinery operation, equipment set‑up, cleaning, maintenance and general production duties.

The Production Technician role would suit someone with previous manufacturing, production, factory, assembly or machine operating experience who is looking to develop new skills within a technical environment.

Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day production activities
• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment
• Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Set up and run production equipment
• Follow health and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work closely with the wider production team

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, factory or production experience
• Good practical and mechanical ability
• Reliable and hard‑working attitude
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
• Good communication skills
• Full driving licence preferred
• Basic computer skills

Desirable Experience

• Machine operating experience
• Forklift licence
• Maintenance experience
• Experience working with production equipment
