Wound Care Community Support Worker (Travel Required)

South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Support Worker to assist in managing patients with leg ulcers, focusing on delivering individualised care and promoting self-care. Candidates must be compassionate and possess strong interpersonal skills.
