Responsibilities

  • Liaising with operations to promote, track and engage with customers for upcoming courses and events.
  • Work alongside Community Partnership Executives to support our provision partners throughout Wales.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers successfully engaged with support.
  • Maintain up to date case notes and records within the case management system where applicable.
  • Effectively follow internal processes, designed to support contract compliance relating to contract performance and commercial revenue.
  • Support the CPN teams in producing a monthly spend allocation for the CPN Network.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks where required, which also relate to contract performance and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience of completing administrative duties and providing administrative support to a field-based team.
  • Proactive customer service experience (face to face or telephone based).
  • Experience working to deadlines and targets.
  • Experience working to and complying with processes and procedures to meet business/contract needs.
  • Experience of working with individuals with mental health conditions (not essential).
  • IT Literacy.
  • Strong Administration Skills.
  • Organisation/Time Management/Diary Planning.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Ability to work to Service Level Agreements.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Trustworthy.
  • Ability to work autonomously without supervision.

Salary

Minimum Salary: £25,643.00 – Maximum Salary: £28,200.00
