Salary – SO1 £34,434 to £36,363 per annum.
Overview
Do you aspire to work for an ‘Outstanding’ Local Authority? Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people leaving care? As an EET Coordinator, you’ll provide dedicated support to care leavers up to the age of 25, helping them navigate and improve their education, employment and training opportunities. You’ll build strong, trusting relationships, offer practical advice, and coordinate services to ensure each young person has the tools and confidence to thrive. You will also identify trends in young people not engaging in education, employment and training, gain their feedback, and link with peers from other Local Authorities to source better ways of doing things and best practice.
