Know How Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and growing team based in the LS10 area of Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stable, full-time work with the potential to go permanent.

Main Duties Include

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Wrapping pallets and preparing goods for dispatch
• Supporting production as a Machine Operative when required
• General warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• A valid and in‑date FLT Counterbalance licence
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to support other departments when needed
