Description of the role

  • You will be support the creation of communication videos for use with clients and stakeholders. Enabling Veran to tell the change story and bring it to life for them.
  • You will support the creation of training content through e-learning, how to videos and guides, infographics, scenario based-learning etc.
  • Support the full content production process – including planning and scripting, organising logistics, filming, editing, adding captions or graphics, and preparing final versions for sharing with clients or stakeholders.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements and translate it into clear, structured content.
  • Use software tools such as Visio, Canva, PowerPoint, Miro, Biteable to create high quality assets.
  • Explore the use of AI tool to support the development of high quality content.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the Change Community collateral – making updates as needed.
  • Attend the relevant sessions as part of your apprenticeship programme.
  • Apply learning to your day-to-day activity to demonstrate your growth in the role.
  • Support the Change Community with other projects and initiatives as required.
