Warehouse Operative (Afternoon Shift) – Growth & Benefits

Job Description

Shift: Monday – Friday 14:00pm-22:00pm.

• This role will include lifting up to 20 kg, mainly alcohol.
• Report to the Supervisor, playing a vital role in maintaining stock integrity and receiving of goods and dispatch within the warehouse.
• Liaise with Management to ensure accuracy of received and dispatched loads and amend/rework accordingly.
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built, correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.
• Stretch wrap completed orders and present to marshalling area as appropriate.
• Undertake further warehouse operative duties of marshalling, cleaning, loading, goods-in, pallet checking, as requested by the site management team.

Qualifications

• Flexi/Bendi experience desired.
• PPT experience essential.
• Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
• 2 years previous experience in a highly active warehouse.
• Able to work to targets within a fast‑pace environment.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
