Estate Cleaner

Cleaner (Part‑Time)

Location: Holloway, North London – residential block.Hours: 24 hours per week, 3 days a week (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Damp and spot mopping, damp dusting and polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings
• Cleaning toilet facilities, hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, soap and towels
• Sanitising touch points, door handles, push plates and other surfaces
• Removing waste from internal litter bins in offices and meeting rooms
• Vacuuming carpeted areas, including barrier matting

Requirements

• Adherence to safe working practices and consideration for site staff
• Previous experience in a similar cleaning role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses
