Responsibilities
Support the chef to create healthy/balanced meals and snacks, ensuring an understanding of dietary requirements and allergens.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen area, adhering to COSHH regulations and health and safety protocols.
Work as a team player, yet capable of lone work when needed, effectively managing time.
Offer support, communication and engagement to residents.
Qualifications
Minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK.
Previous experience in a kitchen setting is essential.
Basic cooking experience essential. Prior knowledge of food safety and COSHH required. Caring, self‑motivated, enthusiastic individual with empathy for others.
Work Schedule
Part‑time position, 24 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
Flexible to work split shifts, specifically 8 am‑2 pm and 4 pm‑8 pm.
