Casual Public Areas Attendant – Rosewood London

We are currently looking for a Casual Public Areas Attendant to join our team of Housekeeping associates at Rosewood London. Our Casual Public Areas Attendants are appointed to look after the hotel’s public areas look and feel immaculate. This role plays an integral part in pursuing the Rosewood London aim providing memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring immaculate presentation of allocated areas to the standards set by the hotel.
• Cleaning allocated areas including public guest bathrooms and entrance areas.
• Assist guests with directions and enquiries.
• Reporting all malfunctions in assigned areas to the Floor Supervisors or Office Coordinator.

Candidate profile

• Paying close attention to detail without compromising quality standards.
• Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
• Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary of £13.64 per hour plus holiday pay and discretionary service charge.
