Job Description

Location: East NottinghamshireJob Type: We are currently seeking a dedicated Live-in Care Assistant to join our team. As a Live-in Carer, you will have the opportunity to provide personalised care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own home

Please note, we are not able to offer sponsorship; all candidates must have Right to Work documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care
• Support mobility needs and ensure client safety at all times
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication
• Perform light household tasks, such as cleaning and meal preparation
• Accompany and transport clients to appointments and events
• Engage in meaningful activities and provide companionship to the client
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the team and the client’s family.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Prior live-in care experience is highly desirable (1 year)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• While not essential, having a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is advantageous
