Location: Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa, Top Dartford Road, Wilington, Dartford, Kent, DA2 7QH.

Salary: £12.71 per hour (£14.24 including holiday pay). Monthly service charge payment based on hours worked.

Role Overview

A passionate spa therapist is required to support the team, providing a full range of facials, manicures, pedicures and body treatments to guests.

Responsibilities

• Offering a full range of technical facial and body treatments during your shift
• Meeting and greeting the client on arrival
• Completing client consultation cards and information
• Taking the guest through the customer journey
• Explaining the treatment to be performed
• Ensuring the treatment meets client requirements
• Discussing retail products and beauty regime to enhance guest experience after treatment
• Offering refreshments in the relaxation area at conclusion of treatment
• Liaising with Spa Receptionists to ensure correct billing

Requirements

• Shifts available: 9.45am – 6.15pm, 10.45am – 7.15pm, 11.45am – 8.15pm
• Must be available on busy days including weekends
• NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent, is essential
• Completion of a trade test with the Spa Manager prior to recruitment

Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant

Role: Support the chefs during busy periods with the smooth running of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Completing general kitchen cleaning duties
• Operating the dishwasher to ensure all cutlery and crockery are cleaned, stacked and ready for service
• Refilling the hot plate ready for each dining session to ensure guests receive hot food
• Deep cleaning tasks as outlined on the kitchen cleaning schedule
• Maintaining exceptional kitchen hygiene standards
• Assisting in providing a safe, secure and appealing environment by adhering to Health & Safety Policies
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation where required
• Hours available over a mixture of shifts: early shifts 8am‑4.30pm and late shifts 3pm‑11.30pm, including weekend shifts suitable for students

Requirements

• No formal qualifications required; good standard of English
• Good eye for detail
• Energy and enthusiasm to work in a fast‑paced volume environment
• Previous employment in a food service business helpful
