- Department: Residential
- Location: Orchard Farm – Buxton
- Pay rate: £32,242 – £32,865 per annum (based on 6 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 – £13.75 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate.
- Hours: 173 hours per month – the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 3 days off, with sleep‑ins (shifts may vary). Rota provided in advance.
Work that matters: We’re a 365‑day service because children need us every day.
What we’re looking for:
- Full UK driving licence.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21.
