Overview
As a Sales Development Representative for CCH® Tagetik, you play a crucial role at the beginning of the sales journey. You generate, qualify, and develop high‑quality leads that fuel the sales pipeline across the Nordic markets, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partners to create a key link between market opportunity and commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, social selling, and targeted campaigns
- Build, manage, and continuously enrich a strong and qualified sales pipeline
- Engage with both new prospects and an existing customer base
- Identify decision‑makers, initiate conversations, and secure high‑quality sales meetings
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success teams to convert leads into opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in CRM systems
- Analyse sales activities, track performance, and report on pipeline and lead trends
- Develop and present tailored sales quotes and proposals
- Support strategic sales initiatives, marketing events, and growth projects
- Act as a trusted point of reference and mentor for junior colleagues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or commercial prospecting
- Solid understanding of early‑stage sales processes, including lead generation and qualification
- Hands‑on experience with Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
- Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ambition to grow within a commercial organization and evolve toward broader sales responsibilities
- Fluent in English and Swedish
