Maintenance Surveyor — Building Surveys & Repair Planning

Inside Housing Management is seeking a proactive Maintenance Surveyor to cover Hertsmere and Borehamwood. You will manage inspections and coordinate maintenance work to ensure properties are up to standard.

The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3, and be a member of a professional body such as RICS or CIOB. The role requires travel across the region and completion of responsibilities in line with KPIs.

Salary ranges from £34,869 to £52,051, with a standard working week of 36 hours.
