Night Porter

Are you a night owl? We are looking for a Night Porter to join our team.

Primarily you will be helping guests with their luggage and travel arrangements. You will also support the night operation to meet guest requests, which includes additional room amenities and serving food and beverages.

The variety of this role needs someone who can work calmly under pressure and be always vigilant to keep the hotel safe.

This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.

If you are looking for career training we offer nationally recognised apprenticeships which sit alongside our detailed brand training – you can view the most popular courses on our careers pages.
