Sous Chef
We are looking for a Sous Chef who can confidently deliver great service to guests. The ideal candidate will have the food knowledge and skills to support the Head Chef and take the lead during less busy times, ensuring superb guest experience. You will work with the senior kitchen team to maintain consistent high standards in both service and kitchen management.
Waiter / Waitress
We are looking for a Waiter / Waitress who can confidently deliver friendly and polite service to guests. The role requires service, food and drink knowledge to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Kitchen Porter
We are looking for a Kitchen Porter who can confidently work in a busy kitchen.
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
- Collect and wash up pots and pan.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries.
- Keep the kitchen organised.
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
Floor Manager
You will supervise and direct staff activities, ensuring customers have a pleasant experience through prompt and polite service. Responsibilities include filling in for staff members in case of absenteeism, managing overall restaurant function, monitoring the quality of food prepared, ensuring compliance with local health and safety codes, compiling staff rotas, and managing stock take and payroll paperwork.
