HGV Technician Shift Supervisor – Boston
Working Hours: Rotating shift pattern Monday – Friday. Week 1: 06:00 – 14:30, Week 2: Monday – Thursday 13:30 – 22:00, Friday 12:30 – 21:00. 1 in 2 Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00 (Overtime)
Salary: £18.64 – £22.50 per hour plus an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and organise the workshop team whilst managing productivity and efficiencies.
- Be the go-to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff.
- Be able to provide technical knowledge to your team of technicians as well as customers when required.
- Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.
- Promote high standards on job card write up to prevent warranty rejections.
- Mentor apprentices to empower them to become the future of tomorrow.
