Head of Sales – Cadogan Street, Chelsea

As Head of Sales, you will take full ownership of the branch’s performance, driving both individual and team success. You will lead from the front—combining strategic oversight with hands-on expertise to deliver exceptional client service and commercial results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering branch targets, with full accountability for revenue, profitability, market share growth, and overall performance.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, including market appraisals, listings, negotiations, and sales progression, ensuring alignment with company best practice.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, delivering a best-in-class, consultative service.
  • Analysing market trends and performance data to provide insightful, proactive client updates and recommendations.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews, identifying development opportunities, and supporting team progression.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, company standards, and service expectations.
  • Overseeing the marketing and presentation of all properties, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date materials.
  • Managing all listing documentation, including agency agreements, AML compliance, and supporting paperwork.
  • Taking ownership of recruitment within the branch, attracting and retaining top talent.
