Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant!
You will be required to work the following days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.
We are looking to cover hours per week (details missing).
This seasonal contract will end on (end date).
The rate of pay will be between £12.60 – £12.60.

The role
From driving sales to ensuring smooth operations, you’ll be our brand ambassador who’s going to make the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas; just bear in mind that there may be some crossover depending on the day‑to‑day needs of the store:
Sales

Operations
As someone who works well in a busy environment with a focus on accuracy and speed, you’ll support behind‑the‑scenes activities to ensure a strong foundation for excellent customer service.
- Get hands‑on with preparing click‑and‑collect orders for our customers.
- Keep the flow smooth by managing deliveries, processing returns, and restocking shelves with fresh inventory.
- Add a creative touch by wrapping beautiful gifts, engraving jewellery and loading gift cards.

Important stuff to note
- Contracts will end on (end date).
- You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the duration of your contract, which will include weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. We will do our very best to distribute these days fairly, ensuring you won’t be required to work all of them during your contract.
- You will accrue annual leave in line with your entitlement; however, as this is our busiest time of year, no annual leave will be approved during this period.
