Teaching Assistant

Overview

Teaching Assistant role at TieTalent – Temporary/Supply, Flexible Hours. Location: Rhyl, Denbighshire, Wales. Pay rate: £13.68 per hour. Benefits: Holiday Pay, Pension Scheme, Ongoing Support.

Responsibilities

• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
• Supporting pupils in small groups or on a one-to-one basis
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
• Providing additional support to children with varying educational needs

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people (education or similar setting)
• A proactive, flexible and professional approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA) are desirable but not essential
